The company

Our company has been successfully operating on the market since 2004. Until 3.4.2018 as a subsidiary of a Czech company under the name BREMA SK s.r.o., from 4.4.2018 as an independent company under the new name KELEX s.r.o.

The main activity of our company since the beginning it the production of low-voltage electrical switchboards, but since 2007 has been added the production of heating and air conditioning units for train vehicles.

KELEX manufactures all its products to order and therefore does not have any own product lines.
All our clients can rely on top quality as well as maximum discretion regarding their know-how. And it doesn’t end with sales for us, our services include high-quality warranty and post-warranty service.

Our company has ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45000:2018 quality certificates from the Swiss certification company SGS.

Our philosophy is quality, flexibility, reliability, responsibility and professionalism at a reasonable price.

HISTORY

2004 – Company foundation and ISO certification.
2005 – Establishment of a position in the field of electrical switchgear production on the domestic and foreign markets
2006 – Enhancing our business activity to full-scale electrical installation services.
2007 – Change of company management, beginning of cooperation with Vossloh Kiepe Austria
2008 – Adding the heating units production for rolling stock, extending cooperation with foreign partners.
2009 – Establishment of a test facility with Adaptronic testing equipment
2010 – Addition of new manufacturing hall, start of HVAC units production
2011 – Start of operations in a new production hall, construction of the first photovoltaic power plant
2013 – Member of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce SOPK
2014 – Introduction of new comprehensive enterprise software ESO
2015 – Investment in new technologies for manufacturing
2016 – Starting of cooperation with Swiss train producer Stadler
2018 – Company’s ownership change, renaming to KELEX S.R.O.
2019 – Start of cooperation with Noske Kaeser Australia
2020 – Complete reconstruction and extension of production and office premises
2021 – Complete reconstruction and expansion of the warehouse and outdoor areas
2022 – Start of production of CO2-based HVAC units2023 – Construction of a new photovoltaic power plant to further reduce energy consumption
2024 – Cooperation on the development of CO2 elimination equipment with a Swiss partner
